Disclaimer: A psycho-educational group is not a replacement for therapy and does not claim to resolve distress in the same way a 1:1 therapeutic relationship can. This is not therapeutic treatment, additionally this is not a trauma processing group where there will be adequate time to bring personal, detailed problems/memories to group. Please keep this in mind as you consider if this group is a good fit for your current needs. If you are currently in therapy, this is a great addition.
