The process

  • 1. Consultation

    We will have a free 15 minute consultation to connect and see if we are a good fit for one another. If I feel a referral would be more helpful for you I will provide you with options.

  • 2. Intake Session

    We will dive right into what is brining you to therapy with a 2 hour session focusing on inquiry into your problems you’d like help with and your goals.

  • 3. Regular Therapy Sessions

    A typical therapy schedule is once per week for 50 minutes. Meeting regularly allows us to stay connected to our work together. Everyone has different needs, and other arrangements can be discussed.

  • 4. Ending Therapy

    Once you feel better and your goals are accomplished we will determine a plan for winding down our sessions. A plan will be in place so that you feel confident about integrating all of the work you’ve done.
